The hotel staff was amazing, which made up for the few hotel areas that were outdated. Further renovation should be considered but I loved the falls view room.

Everything was so perfect and the staff especially Raiji is so kind and helpful. By the same way the dinner to the steakhouse was very nice too and the service staff were really friendly.

Staff was excellent! They tended to our every need . Brought us some wine glasses and sent maintenance up to reduce the room temperature. Room was clean and modern . Our room was quite small, which was perfect for us, but be aware that some rooms are small.

The room has a view of the waterfall, but there’s a lot of dust on the window glass. The room is a bit old, but the bed is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good.

The customer service was top shelf from start to finish! Thank you to Adrian, the Guest Experience Manager, for leaving the birthday card and chocolates for my son. It was a nice touch! The bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I got in a while! Bathroom was very modern and compact. Lots of fresh and cozy towels. Room was a decent size, clean, and had everything we needed. A table, mini fridge, safe, drawers. Good access to the casino and water park! Breakfast took a while to get seated. Wasn’t told it was a Buffett so we just sat there until we realized no one was coming to take our order. Views from breakfast were spectacular! Food was great too.
