First the staff was great very welcoming and friendly and helpful! The pool is the warmest pool I have been to in Niagara! Also has an outdoor pool which is a bonus in those warm months. Overall great experience and will be staying again!

The staff were friendly. The room' was clean and the location was excellent. We we're that most of the amenities which we wanted were already included. The washroom needed better lighting. Parking was extra.

Very friendly staff, nice pools, and a great location a short walk from Clifton Hill. Floors in our room were a bit dirty and breakfast options were subpar. Other than that I have no complaints.

Our family has stayed here twice Both times have been awesome The pool is the best Rooms are clean and comfortable All the staff are extremely helpful Especially Happy who helped with getting the blue Jays channel Can't wait to do our annual vacation next year

Stayed for 3 days, didn't get housekeeping. Not sure if you have to request during stay. Breakfast was lovely , even though it is the same everyday. I think my room could've been cleaner but I guess dust gathers quickly, so not really a demerit. Absolutely great location. I could walk to Clifton hills and wego bus routes . Should I visit niagara again, I would stay here.

Swimming pool, free breakfast, location were great. Could walk to clifton hills, the falls. The TV didn't work very well though, and I would've preferred a room that was indoors. The room we were given was outdoors, and only on the second level.

The staff was nice, the room was just okay, a lot of things needed fixing. But the beds were good the sheets were clean and the ac worked perfectly :). Was budget friendly as well and not far from many attractions. Parking was onsite and the outside of this hotel is maintained.
