This location looks and functions very-very tired. It needs a huge amount of upgrades/updates and repairs. We check-in to this place last May 5, 2024 as this place came on top of my expedia search. My mistake I did not read the customer reviews, thus, I took the chance. Upon entry in the reception area, the smell of their kitchen (Indian kitchen) is so strong and thought that the smell will stick to my clothing. That first impression became a FAIL to me. Our room was also a FAIL because of a lot of observations. The tissue holder and hair dryer rack from the bathroom fell when use. The sink and bathroom heater are rusty. Bathroom door knob and door strike plate jamb are all broken, room A/C is so loud. There is no fridge so you have to bring your own cooler. The bed and its sheets and pillows are acceptable. The included 32" TV only have a few clear stations while rest of the other TV stations are unwatchable. The FREE breakfast fell very-very short of my expectation. You will only get bread, some condiments, cereals, milk, banana, no any kind of meat protein or some boiled egg is included. I paid ca$169.15 where I have to pay an extra $10.00 as overnight parking fee. Upon check out, I was told by the reception that I can get a ca$10 discount/refund if I post a 5 star review at expedia and google, WTH, I did not comply to their request....Never again at this place. Just to other places where it is safer and comfortable. This place is like a GHETTO...

Staff was friendly and supportive, and it's close to all the attractions. Rooms had a musty smell, and motel seems to attract a sketchy crowd. The other side had hobo breaks-ins and were under the influence of something and banging and knocking on neighbor's windows and doors.

We were unable to stay at this hotel as the rooms had cockroaches and very dirty. Pictures and descriptions are very misleading. We ended up having to drive around looking for another hotel.

I checked in fine. Property on outside is very run down. Went to my room after a 12 hour flight and the room conditions was as follows, ceiling tiles most of them extremely water damaged, the front door had raw pieces of wood drilled into the door frame, there was bugs crawling on the floor, up the walls in the bathroom, there’s a corner near the bed that is moldy and had a bug crawling in it. I turned around and checked out and went to a completely different hotel.

The heater came on and made a loud sound every 15 mins and kept us up.. also the light in the sink area kept going on and off on its own.. not great as well for a good sleep

I loved the location that the property was at. Close enough to the things you wanted to do without being on top of them so you have some separation. The only downfall for this property is that you can tell people live in this hotel full time so there were broken down carbs in the parking lot and people just standing around. Making it a little uneasy. Otherwise nice enough place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this motel and you get what you pay for. (Offseason Niagara Falls two nights for an all in total of $126 which was the least expense of our Mini midweek March Break getaway. For example, I paid $4 for a bottle of water at a buffet dinner restaurant down the street which is the same price for a whole case of it at the grocery store. Note, it was $8 for a bottle of beer.) The ROOM was clean, no odors. Queen beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Heating and cooling unit worked. Decor was mismatched and dated (ex. Dusty Rose jetted tub which seemingly worked although we didn't use it). It seems that some guests might have been living there full time or for a long time stays. The first night we were woken up by a very loud argument from above us that went on for a while. Limited cable TV. Free Wi-Fi. No fridge or microwave in the room. STAFF were friendly and accommodating. LOCATION... Across the street was Tim Hortons, Little Caesars pizza, a local pub bar. About a block away from a FreshCo grocery store. For the history enthusiast, just down the street from the Lundy's Lane 1814@@@ war Memorial and battle site. We enjoyed a morning visit they're reading the placards and walking the grounds. The museum wasn't open and there were homeless people living in the area which was sad but a fact of life in Ontario now. It was also only about a 5-minute Drive from Clifton Hill and the actual Falls. The self-serve continental breakfast served 6-9

This property should never have been allowed to book people to stay . The tub faucet was hanging off the wall and could move from side to side using one finger . The outside panel of the tub was not supported or glued to the tub and moved. Tiles falling off the walls. The toilet was not bolted down and literally raised an inch went sat upon then the back of the toilet hit the wall when getting up off the toilet then the tank used the wall to support. All Of the ceiling tiles in the washroom where moldy and show stains from excessive water damage. All trim on the bottom by the floor was starting to rot and was very damaged. The trim at the top by the ceiling bowed from water damage. Not one wall clean or had been cleaned in years huge chunks out of walls. Cracked sink and the faucet that you would turn off to run the tap collected water in the handle and would not drain. The bed sheets with covered with hair and dirt and the parking lot was a deep cavern off construction. This property isn’t even suitable for the homeless and they have no care. The cleaning staff asked why we were leaving and they were told because it’s filthy and their responds was “it sure is” .
