Very nice hotel and the North tower is newly renovated from the 14th and up. The 40th floor had a beautiful view of the falls. The Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse was excellent and great service. Close proximity to the Niagara casino and a close walk to the falls.

We stayed in a Premium Fallsview Canada/US room. What can I say other than AMAZING! We spent hours just watching the view and light show on the falls at night. It was beautiful and so relaxing! Room is great, didn’t use the whirlpool tub, but bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure! We had drinks and dessert in the Wildflowe bar and it was great. Breakfast at the main restaurant on foot 31 (I Believe) was really good and prices were about same as the IHOP next door. If I had to find a negative I would say they need more lights in bathroom and main living area for us older (61) folks LOL!

Everything was perfect, our room had the best view to the fall, at the evening time we asked for wine glasses and plate but they charged us for that , for such an expensive hotel…. However everything was perfect and what we were expecting. I asked for room to be cleaned daily and it was terribly cleaned for the 5 days I stayed there. Hot tub was dirty and I would request a clean but the room service guys were beyond terrible. Pool is nice - didn’t eat their breakfast but I presume it’s very good as well.

Beautiful clean hotel with excellent staff! I would definitely stay again. Beautiful views of the Canadian and US falls from my room and the restaurant. Definitely worth it! Only a few things that need improvement. I wished the pool was open much earlier during the week, and not just on the weekends, so I missed out on a swim. :( Also the hair conditioner and bath gel containers in my bathroom were empty. They should be filled regularly. That aside, overall a great stay!
