When arriving at the motel at check in time (3pm), the owner said to wait 10 mins, 40 minutes goes by (it was 25 degrees out and we were getting extremely over heated). If I was told to come back later when our room was available, I would not have had a problem with that. We finally get a room and it was the wrong room (still had people belongings in it). The staff apologized. Then next day we were leaving and I was not happy about our exchange so the owner contacted me and we agreed upon a time to speak The owner was alseep when we went to checkout. We were refunded half of our stay. The service was not the best I’ve had before. Very disorganized and in an okay area.
