Exceptional Hospitality and a Memorable Birthday Surprise!
Elite Luxury Hotel made our stay in Da Nang truly special. The staff were warm, welcoming, resourceful, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
What impressed me most was how thoughtfully they recognized my birthday. They surprised me with a beautiful cake and a lovely card, which was completely unexpected and made the day even more memorable. That personal touch meant so much.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, but the outstanding hospitality is what truly sets it apart. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
I highly recommend Elite Luxury Hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

the downside to the villas was the kitchen; there is no cooking pans to prepare a warm meal or microwave, the villas charge for renting a cooking pans/pots for daily use, which is unusual for a high-end villas resort. hopefully they will make an exemption in near the future for not charging customers for using pots and pans.
