"A reminder that you don’t get a lot for your money these days. Twin room - cheap narrow beds, very noisy plumbing system in the room and from other rooms, noisy outside, tiny shower. Included breakfast not worth mentioning."

"Both Chris and Claire were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and included everything we needed plus a few little extras like fresh milk in the mini fridge. Cooked breakfast was fresh and cooked to order plus a selection of other breakfast items as well. Overlooked the marina for breakfast on Saturday morning with the sun shining, a lovely experience.. Parking included in the nearby Marina car park was also a great idea. Only about 10 minutes stroll to the harbour and main shops...

"Fantastic hotel Staff & owners are very special to their guests 3 time staying here outstanding breakfast"

"Great welcome, lovely room with luxury extras like chocolate and toiletries. Hosts were so helpful, I struggled with the heat so they ensured our room was kept cool and gave me a beach brolly to use. The location was good, not too near centre but an easy 20 minute walk to the seafront and shops. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were fab, will definitely be returning."

"Lovely owners who were very welcoming. Right in the middle of town and almost next door The Prince of Wales pub. Very good breakfast. Lovely room and nice comfy bed. Highly recommended."

"Lovely room, comfortable and plenty of space for clothes. Breakfast menu is extensive and delicious and the proprietors are very friendly and welcoming"

"We've been in England for 16 days and stayed at 9 Hotels/BB's. Silverton Inn by far wins for the best bedding ever. We've stayed from budget to Castle Luxury. I never knew what I was missing. The room was large, exceptionally immaculate, decorated perfectly, (not dated) staff was extremely friendly. The Bar / Restaurant was really fun with locals and very good food and reasonably priced. Breakfast...Yum! If you're considering this location just say yes. You won't be disappointed. Did I...
