Extremely helpful and friendly staff, particularly on reception. No fuss check-in. Good spacious and safe room to keep bicycle in. Great breakfast and good service. Also enjoyed the bar after a long day's cycling.

I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff at the hotel. The guest in the neighbouring room was being rather noisy and I knew that it would disturb my sleep, so I approached reception and they were kind enough to offer an alternative, quiet room in which I slept well... :-) I was also very impressed with the breakfast. I chose the cooked option and it set me up for the day... I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I'm visiting Newry.

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Holly on the reception on Friday could not have been more helpful. Due to mobility issues she moved us to a ground floor room. We ate at the hotel on Friday night and the meal was exceptional. Breakfast was also excellent with an excellent choice. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will come back in the future.

The hotel is ideally located & has everything you'd need for a stay. The service from all staff was excellent & there's a great choice of food & drinks. There's plenty of parking & a TV in the bar showing the different sports events, with plenty of tables in different positions in the bar, as well as a separate restaurant.
