The only good thing is that the front desk staff is nice. The all carpeting was gross and stained, and there’s a foul stench in the air, no matter where in the hotel building you were at. Dead and live bugs in my room, including roaches. The bed was springy and uncomfortable. The walls are so thing I can hear people across the hall having s*x, as well as the gas station outside my room. This is very obvious the hotel of choice for people renting by the months. Drug smells and usage is rampant everywhere inside and outside.

Thought the team was amazing the beds were not the most comfortable, also i did find the limited internet access to be inconvenient when i was in my room. It was nice to have a full fridge but though the freezer worked amazing the fridge part did not seem to work right in my room. All in all it was an ok stay for only a few days

Good 3.5 star hotel

It’s was nice and snug for a 2night stay. The usual noise from upstairs and next door, but no unwanted interruptions or anything. Definitely will come again. I had to clean everything again before moving in the room but it’s all good. :)

The people that lived at this property said it was a safe area. The hallway ,carpet , and room was dated . But what it was the room was comfortable. We ordered double beds and ended up with a king . Which was fine we were so tired all we needed was a bed and bath.

The property was good and the manager was nice. The problem was when we arrived and checked in, got the key and went to the our assigned room, the door was ajar and the room wasn’t ready. We had go back to the front desk and let the manager know. He did offer us another room that would be ready in an hour. Otherwise, he was very friendly and apologized.

There are pros and cons to all motels. This place does not have the quality of the Hilton so you wouldn’t come here for that. It does have a lot for your budget. It’s one of the very few motels that allows pets without fees. It has a kitchenette unlike many places that only offer microwave and a little fridge. It’s secure and safe. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is amazing!! Close to the interstate and surrounded by everything!! You name it, it’s close by. It doesn’t offer continental breakfast or have a pool but what they do offer is more than worth the stay for the price they charge.

Many New Changes & Upgrades

I'm really impressed with the upgrades of the motel. I went away for a while and came back to a higher standard of customer service, plenty of management staff available at all times, freshly painted halls, staff calling you by name and acknowledging you. They always have towels and linen ready for you. They have more strict policies that make being there more comfortable and safe. The laundry room is cheaper than the laundromat and is accessible 24hr/day. You can use coins or pay digital with your phone. It's very convenient. As always the location can't be beat! Close to the interstate, gas station, major shopping/entertainment area, the hospital, and colleges! You can drive or catch the bus in front of the motel. I'm never disappointed staying here.

great service, gross room

Stayed 2 nights for a concert at the coliseum and had some issues. The service was great, anytime we needed anything it was taken care of. That is where the compliments end. We had absolutely no hot water in our shower. the kitchenette & bathroom sink would put out steaming hot water almost immediately but we tried to run the shower 3 separate times over 3 days and it never even got lukewarm. Ended up going to another hotel a friend was staying at to shower. We did not have pillows or curtains in our room & had to go ask. Our TV also wasn’t working. There was hair in our shower and our kitchenette burners were missing pieces. the beds were very uncomfortable and the boxsprings had some questionable stains on them. overall the room just wasnt very clean. for spending $250, i wasn’t expecting a castle but we could have at least had hot water.

Lots of shops nearby, good take out/eat in resturants 2 blocks away and very close to Coliseum Central......If they'd clean more and exterminate, it would be worth the price......But when I can book for the same price with clean, no bugs, full complimentary breakfast for less.....Loved Janice, Dontrell ( not sure of spelling), and Rashad!!!

Very closed to Town Center, lots of good small take out/dine in eateries at a small strip 2 blovks seay.....Janice, Rashad and Deonte were the Best!!!! Bugs in the Room after a housekeeping....not a pleasant thing to find at a 1am bathroom visit.....Prices for rooms more than other hotels that have bettrr rating and serve a full breakfast
