"Just simply an enjoyable stay."

"There was p ee all over one of the bathrooms"

"Extremely helpful staff. We got there a little bit early and had to leave a little bit late due to a wedding, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Super clean room, great hotel. 5 stars"

"The place was amazing and my stay was excellent!"

"Couch was dirty. Coffee supplies were half missing. Fan was making a super loud noise. Second time staying. First time was worse. Checking in is a hassle."

"I thought working in hospitality meant engage with the guest, make eye contact with the guest ,greet the guest with a warm welcome. Unfortunately none of this was my experience with hotel staff day or night. The coffee bar and morning breakfast where constantly out of stock on items, after night 3 I realized the staff is probably advised to ration vanilla creamer and specific breakfast items. Moving on to the rooms. The rooms are the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig. Beds are completely...

"The staff always takes care of us. The keepers lounge is a favorite, Stefan and Michael will attend to your every need, and Stefan is quite the mixologist!"

"Great atmosphere and drinks. Food was tasty as well."

"This is a HOSTEL not a hotel. It's a nice hostel, clean, well maintained, quiet at night with private rooms But"

"Nice and clean. Excellent staff, very helpful. Decent breakfast. The stay exceeded my expectations."
