"The hotel staff was great. I constantly seen the staff keeping the hotel clean around the clock. The breakfast was pretty good as well. I forgot how to spell her name but Marissa was great as well as front desk attendant Rose and the other front desk staff that names I forgot. I’ve found a new home when I’m in Belle Vernon. "

"Fantastic last-minute booking. Check in was easy. Breakfast in the morning was nice. Would recommend staying there again."

"They are doing renovations I guess but window was broke outside pane. No hot water curtains had holes in them. No chair to sit in other than desk chair. It was clean otherwise. Oh and pool was out of service. Didn’t know that when we booked. "

"I have stayed here many times. Something has changed since my last visit. The staff was very friendly and my room was clean. Unfortunately, that's where my positive rating ends. My AC was not turned on prior to my arrival (it was a hot day)-a minor inconvenience, but noteworthy. Every vending machine was out of order, and the ice machine on my floor was not working either. When I'm paying what I consider a higher price than other hotels in the area, I think it's ok to expect a little more for my money. Hopefully they can fix the issues."
