"The hotel was generally very good. The staff were helpful and quick to respond. The breakfast was nice with a great view over the harbour. Our room looked out over the harbour - worth the extra money if you like watching the goings on of a busy port. And it’s well located for dining, shopping etc. The only downside was the room was a little tired and dated, showing signs of wear and tear - a few dents and scratches here and there, a window sill with signs of water damage, the shower was the type where you stand in the bath etc. The hotel had signs up, advertising that the rooms were getting a make-over, but ours hasn’t had that. Hence four stars instead of five. Also, the only parking options provided by the hotel was $35 per day valet parking. There are small car parks nearby, but they required sign-up to an app and it wasn’t clear what price they were, so we just used the valet parking - something to keep in mind when calculating the cost of the room if you arrive by car."

"Reception staff great. No problems with car parking. Suggest a written compendium for guests who do not have mobile phones or incorporate onto TV network. Breakfast good, coffee great."

"Slight mix up on check in. They had me booked for 2 rooms despite only booking 1 but the staff assured it would be taken care of. Good hotel close to nearby football stadium, pubs and clubs. Had everything I needed for the night."

"No pay tv although the listing said it was available. I couldn’t cast from my phone to the tv as the tv wasn’t compatible and needed to update the server. Contacted staff and they were no help at all regarding this."

"Just stayed at the quest apartments and will be back, the apartment was newly furnished and renovated. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure, full kitchen including a dishwasher, two wall mounted smart tvs, plenty of space, the balcony was above average size with table and chairs.Close to the light rail no need to drive anywhere.Would highly recommend."
