"Checkin was good, staff very friendly. Room was a good size, clean with a nice bathroom. Bed was only a double, but the room was more than big enough for a king - which was only minor downside. Room had air-conditioning which was a boost and very welcome with the heat. The hotel also provided free ev charging which was great. We had a snack in the attached pub which was nice - it was busy, but it was a hot Saturday afternoon. Would stay again."

"This was my first time staying at the Grand Hotel Gosforth Park but it certainly won't be my last. Lovely hotel, excellent gym / pool / spa facilities, plentiful parking, lovely food and drinks, lovely staff, lovely room with a huge window for lots of natural light. Highly recommended."

"Good location for our needs. Electric charging points were available and most seemed to be working from what I could see - easy to set-up and use too. Rooms were a good size and the bathroom amenities were very good (shower-gel/shampoo/etc.). Breakfast was good value. Decent pint of Guinness served at the bar (I was only having one but treated myself to a second before bed!). "

"This is a small hotel, feels family run and we came for our son's graduation from Newcastle University. He was living in Jesmond so this hotel was a perfect location. The staff made this stay, they were absolutely outstanding. They gave us early check in and were so kind and helpful to my mother in law, who has mobility issues. Absolutely outstanding breakfast too, included in the price. Well done Osborne hotel!"

"My parents stay 4 days in this hotel and they love their stay. They told me that the hotel was convenient, quiet and clean. They wanted to give their thanks to the personal who were really attentive and helpful with everything. "Excellent stay here. We asked for a quiet room, away from the elevator as we were bringing our dog. Our room was perfectly located at the end of the corridor. Room was quiet, spacious, clean and bright as we had windows on both walls due to it being a river view. Bed was massive and very comfortable. We also had a free mini bar full with fizzy juice/water which was a nice addition. Breakfast was amazing - fry up goods, fruit, pastries. Perfect location - could walk to the main part of the city...
