Attentive front desk staff and good breakfast. Our complaints were about the guest rooms. We discovered a big wet spot on our carpet on night one. We moved rooms but the new one had a noisy bathroom fan that ran intermittently through the night. Both rooms had bright flashing lights on the smoke detectors above the bed. And walls are poorly insulated so you can hear your neighbors.

There was a power outage that made the room extremely hot. I used Expedia for the night's stay however I was charged for an extra night that I didn't stay. I had to call the hotel multiple times to get the charge taken off. What an administrative nightmare.

Everything was great! Rosaliena, the breakfast server was amazing. The area was neat and clean. The breakfast food was very well presented. She always greeted people when they came in. A very friendly person. She would walk around the tables refilling coffee and juice. Amazing! Thank you Rosaliena!

Kevin, the staff at the front desk, was very nice, and he made the check-in process quick and easy. I was traveling with my cousin and our families and we were able to walk around the area at night while feeling safe. There were plenty of shopping and dinning options in the area.

Nice Stay
Staff were all super friendly and greeted us every time we walked in and out. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Very clean and in a quiet area across from a costco which was nice. The only downside was the bed, i felt EVERY spring anyway i lay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. They often forget to make sure there’s soap in the bathroom, I’ve found hair in the shower and it’s been unclean. Also, I’ve had to change rooms after checking in at least twice because of heater issues and lack of cleanliness. The most disappointing part of this stay was house keeping knocked on our door at 9:15am after we requested a late check out!

Ruth was very welcoming and kind as we arrived at 1AM after a long drive. She even gave our 1 year old a balloon which was very kind. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely make this our stay the next time we are in the area

I wanted to like this place so I could recommend to others visiting the area;however, it was mediocre. The only advantage is that this is a newish hotel, so everything seemd in nice condition. Give it a couple more years and I'm sure conditions will be worse. The shower stall door open to the inside. The shower knob was behind the shower door and the shower head on the opposite side. You are forced to walk all the way in, turn on the water, and get sprayed by cold water. There is no way to avoid this. The QUEEN size beds are actually FULL size. The AC/ fan is sooooooo loud. Light bulbs were out on some of the lamps. The layput of the room was not used effectively. The closet was huge which seemed to be a waste of space. The TV was too far for one of the beds to even see.

Great stay especially for the price! Rooms were extra clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, next to Costco and a lot of shopping and dining options. I have zero complaints (except maybe better pillows would be nice). 10/10

First the WiFi was horrible, had to use my hotspot to use my laptop. The breakfast was really simple only eggs basically. You could hear the foot steps from the floor on top of us. After all this the hotel itself was nice, the staff werr really nice. Always saying Hi. There was a car that was broken into for what I heard while in the lobby using my hotspot.
