Convenient location for the trip to NYC, good pri

Overall clean and comfortable room, the hotel itself is looking old, the sheets are looking old as well. Big parking, good location, 10 minutes walking from the Irvington bus terminal

it's clean, it's safe, and it's just off the Garden State -- keep looking if you're expecting coconut water with your breakfast, but if the location works, the beds are nice, the towels are soft, and the rooms are clean

I was very nervous about the hotel and its location especially arriving there but to my suprise the hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Great value for the price.

Nice quick relax getaway

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and also the room was big and great but the spa hot tub was not that great, they need to fix the jets so it can blow more bubbles the pressure was not that good in room 107, but everything else was great.

Easy access to Newark, Oranges and Elizabeth. Maid service is great. Internet works well. Room is clean. The TV cable system sucks. Continental Breakfast is no longer included.

The good and the bad

The good •The employees were very friendly! All nice and helpful people! •The staff are available 24/7! The bad •My room was completely infested with bugs! They were on the pillows, on the nightstand & in the bathroom. Videos attached on google since this site only allows pictures. The bugs made me nervous to sleep there. Just make sure to keep all your belongings in ziplock bags, so you don’t take bugs home. •Bedding was stained. •I’m like 95% sure someone tried to follow me to my room (I’m 110lbs, 5’7, female). I walked pass my room, so he couldn’t see where my room was. I walked up to the 3rd floor until he finally stopped following me & I had to take the long way back down to my room on the 1st floor. Luckily I had a knife on the strap of my bag. When I got to my room, I slid a table in front of my door just in case.

5TH FLOOR IS SMOKING FLOOR. IT IS FILTHY! SHEETS SMELL LIKE MILDEW! I ASKED TO GET THEM CHANGED . STAYED 3 NIGHTS. I SWEAR ITS WRONG THE WAY YOU TREAT THAT FLOOR. NO FRIDGE , NOTHING . OTHER ROOMS IS NICE AND CLEAN . BUT THE PRICES IS THE SAME . NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER STAY THERE WHEN I COME TO VISIT.
