Place was very clean and quiet. No disturbance at all. check-in was very easy and straight forward. Comfortable bed. If you need to cook, the option is there. Neighborhood is safe and quiet also.

I traveled from NY and was pleasantly surprised because from the exterior, it did not look like much, but it had all you need for a comfortable stay - heating & air conditioning were great (yes, I utilized both, as the weather swung from spring to summer from day to day). Most importantly: clean and comfortable bed, hot water, and the WiFi was faster than anyone could ask for (I work in IT, so that was extra satisfying). Highly recommend for anyone who has business in New York and wants an affordable but comfortable place to stay!

I stayed here on Friday night after seeing a show at the NJPAC cemter. It was a convenient location with an amazingly comfy bed. There was a significant hiccup with my stay where I had to stay in a different room than what I booked but the owner of the property was really nice, helpful, and took care of it for me right away. Once we got everything resolved, I had the perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others if given the opportunity. Thank you!

Seeing the outside of the property and all of the activity around the home was at first a concern for me but once I spoke to the property owner and was able to get inside, I felt so much better. He was very helpful and I felt safer once I spoke to him. Going into the home I immediately noticed the security systems which also made me feel safe. Being a former AirBNB Super host in Sunbury, PA made me cautious about a lot of properties I may visit but this one was definitely ok for the money. Despite the late-night fire truck incident down the street, For the most part it was nice and quiet, and the home was clean. The only thing I would suggest is they make wash rags and a rag for the guests to clean the tub after use. All in All, my fiancée and I had a really nice peaceful and quiet evening which is what we were looking forward to after all of the work we both do during the week. I will definitely book again and refer this property to others. Thanks for the experience. Much success to you! God Bless!

The Area is totally unsafe,rooms are not clean multiple older doors that are hard to open and the host those not have good customer service ,I would not advice anyone that care about safety or cleanliness to visit or book this short term rental

The surrounding area was filthy and the rooms aren’t as advertised. No toilet paper , had to ask for more towels on more than one occasion and the price fluctuates as he deems fit Beware
