"We came to this hotel on our honeymoon, and from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with nothing but kindness. The hotel is so stunning, I service is incredible, the nature is all encompassing and the food is amazing! Would highly highly recommend. Our butler Prasanna was amazing - a special shout out to him and for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely go back!"

"Birdwing Sigiriya felt like a home away from home, thanks to Sajee’s infectious warmth and attention to detail 🏡. From the moment we arrived, she treated us like family—whether it was sharing stories over tea or surprising us with a stroll to discover the magical "Birdwing Stone," a tucked-away spot only locals know. Her genuine care (10/10 host vibes!) turned a simple stay into an adventure.
The only tiny note? A mini fridge would’ve been handy for midnight snacks after those long days...

"A little oasis, great rooms, nice pool, very lovely staff!
They also helped with a trip to the rocks, especially the driver was very service-orientated, even handed over small cold towels after the descend."

"The host family is so helpful and kind. They gave great recommendations for things to do and eat as well as the occasional tuk tuk ride after dark. Highly recommend. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful setting. In the middle of the forest, this is a hidden little gem, with lovely spacious clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, and a luxury lodge like feel!
It was out of season, so the hotel was quite quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves. I imagine this is the perfect spa retreat in peak season! "
