Ying Mu Home

Friendly staff with a basic understanding of English. The check-in process was a bit confusing as you have to go to a different "hotel/hostel" to check in and then they will take you to the actual hotel. If you just went to the address listed on the site to check-in you won't find any staff waiting for you. The room was a little small with the other rooms right next door. Certain aspects of the room seemed really old and not well maintained. The bathroom was great though. Very clean and modern. There is a shared patio with a great view of the harbour. The patio itself was a little bit untidy with old furniture, some of it quite rusty. Overall not a great place, but not a bad place either.

The property had an amazing view, was just a two minute walk down the hill from the Old Town Jiufen, and the staff was very accommodating. We stayed with our kids and we all had a lovely visit.

施設に忘れ物をしてわざわざ台北まで届けていただいた恩義は忘れません。九分の老街に近くアクセス抜群、チェックアウトした後も関連施設で荷物を預かってもらえたサービス良いです。施設食堂からの海の眺めは最高。

午後3時～午後7時の間にチェックインしないと電話で宿主を呼び出すことになりますので、とにかくこの時間帯にチェックインする事です。 宿からの眺望と老街へのアクセスは便利です。 あと、女将さんが一生懸命片言の日本語でコミュニケーションを取ろうとするお姿がとても健気で好印象でした。

離阿妹茶樓很近，走路就可以到，很方便，適合體驗九份的晚上的氣氛，早餐是簡餐，一個吃的，一杯飲料，算普通，房間乾淨整齊，老闆娘很親切，下次還會讓我想再去體驗，最美的九份

Highly recommened!

I had a great time to stay this hotel. Staff are all friendly and super helpful (whatever you ask, they will answer. direction, what to eat, souvenir shop, etc). This hotel I can definitely recommend you if you want to stay good location for sightseeing as your first time stay in Juifang old town.) BTW, view from their kitchen (breakfast place in terrace) was fantastic!

小さな民宿。常駐従業員はおらず、入り口に電話番号の張り紙があります。 ＴＥＬすると5~10分程で若いスタッフさんがバイクでちょいっと来てチェックイン作業をしてくれます。 台湾はＳＩＭカードが安いので、無料通話つきのＳＩＭカードを購入しスマホ開通後に向かうことをお勧めします。 階段、階段、また階段なので、荷物は少なめに。 スタッフさんは優しく愛想が良かったです。しかし常駐ではないので、何かあったら自分でＴＥＬしなくてはいけないので少し不安でした。 テラス部分（共有スペース、朝食もここ）は今の時期（4月下旬）快適でした。 天気の悪い日や夏はつらいかもしれません。 朝は8:30頃にしかスタッフさんが来ませんので、旅程的に朝時間に余裕がない人は要注意です。 部屋は普通の民宿レベルで清潔。しかしトイレ部分にドアがありません。アコーディオンカーテンがありますが座る位置によっては全部見えます。半端な関係同士で泊まるのはおすすめしません。 スタッフも良かったし、チェックイン後は快適、場所も良いので、自分で対処できる人にはおすすめの宿でした。

Great location-but that is about it.

The location is the best thing about our stay at Ying Mu Home, it is a short climb up a narrow staircase and there you are right in the middle of the Old Street. The room was small, but, clean and pleasant decor. HOWEVER, there was no heat and the night was very cold. We were told that no one was available on the Saturday night of our stay to fix the heating unit, we were instead given additional "blankets" which were really just some duvet covers. We were also offered 300NTW refund or about 15% the cost of the room or the option to cancel the reservation, get a refund, and look for another room at 8PM on a Saturday night!! Really???We finally agreed to a 500NTW and spent a cold night in the room. The staff member was also very rude, upset that she had to leave the comfort of her warm room because her boss wanted her to come to our room and see what was going on. Additionally, we had booked a more expensive room with "ocean view", yes, we did have an "ocean view" across the patio area and through a glass panel we were able to catch a glimpse of the "ocean view". The best "ocean view" is to be had standing outside on the patio. The private bathroom (also at a higher room cost) did not have doors, but, vertical blinds- not really the greatest if you need privacy.

Hotel close to Jiu Fen old street

Good location, few minutes walk to 九份老街. Staff very friendly and helpful. Interior of the room very nice but very small, limited space to put our bags. Check in was really a hassle as we were not able to enter to the hotel area, staff was at the other location. Only a memo with phone number pasted on the entrance door. Overall, acceptable.

房间很整洁，顶层露台可以看到夜景哦！早餐选择不算丰富但是也很满足。实际check in在别的地方，这个没有提前说明，到店的时候有点尴尬。

浴室備品可以加強

鐵皮屋搭建、屋況還可以、建議客人自己帶牙刷、他們的牙刷刷一次就掉毛、滿嘴會是毛刷、無法再刷第二次。熱水不好調溫度、很容易燙到、其他都還好。早餐再另一間吃、蠻陽春的。
