I demanded to be moved to a fully sanitized room, which they did--but sanitization should happen preventively, not in response to bad customer experiences. There is no desk and no chair, so it's hard to do any work in the room. The sheets are threadbare. None of it is a dealbreaker except for the bed bugs. Thankfully my following 5 nights in the new room there was no problem."

"All staff are cheerful, courteous and very helpful. My husband lost his wallet in the taxi, staff at reception were extremely helpful in reporting to the police, finding out the taxi company and relocating the driver. We were informed of the return of the wallet in a few hour. Very efficient indeed. Amenities like free snacks and drinks are replenished everyday. Generous portion too. Room is spacious for 3 beds. Very happy with our stay."
