It’s an older hotel, I’m sure soon to be renovated. Bathroom fixtures, sinks, shower/tub are dated but all very clean. Staff was super helpful and it’s of course right on the beach with 2 pools so the location is perfect. The VALUE is terrific.

This property is situated in a great spot. Close to Flagler on foot and near the supermarket. The property is maintained nicely and the pool and beach areas are kept very clean and inviting. Check in was easy peasy and the staff is very nice.

The room and view were very nice. The air conditioning unit was atrocious. It was so loud each time it kicked on. We asked about having it looked at but to our knowledge that didn’t happen. Sleep was rough for three nights. The front desk staff were very nice.

The rooms are a little outdated. The pools were amazing and so was the view. Staff was so sweet and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the girl at the front desk- she was an angel. Would absolutely stay again.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and plentiful. Didn't hear any noise from other people. Place is right on the beach and within walking distance of Flagler Avenue. Dominick at the front desk was very helpful. Will definitely come back next year.

We didn't book a bungalow but that's what we were given when we arrived. We LOVED it. With two small children we didn't have to worry with elevators and dragging everything up and down, we were right on the beach. It was great!

We stayed in one of the 1BR Bungalows and were presently surprised. They offered a refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Plus, all the necessities needed for cooking. We had two rooms: one for sleeping and the other a living room with an L shaped sofa. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. We only needed the staff one time during a 5-night stay and they were very accommodating. The bungalow had a self-locking front door, so we always felt safe. The bungalow came with two Adirondack chairs facing the beach and ocean which upon viewing was very soothing. The bungalow was very spacious and very clean more so than a simple hotel room. We plan on returning next year because the Facility is close to NSB and Flagler Avenue. We did not venture too far away from this property because everything we needed was in close proximity. Coconut Palms Beach Resort ll is our place to stay in New Smyrna Beach.
