"This property is beautiful as long as you love older hotels the only issue I have is I wake up congested each time and you can hear the cracking of floors above when people walk, but still one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing breakfast at mermaid cafe and amazing dinner at Riverview however I was unaware they offer a 20% discount at the restaurant with hotel key until the morning after we stayed I saw flyer in room. I wish that they told you this at checkin. As I’ve missed out on discount...

"First time I ever had to pay for parking that wasn’t valet! I’ve paid less for valet parking before without having to park myself. This location is making at least 3-6 k a day just on parking fees! The location was very clean and kept up. Very relaxing stay."

"Everything was good except when the housekeeper She knocked on my door—it was so abrupt; it was 11:05. I told her I was just changing my baby and leaving, but she said I had to hurry I worked as a housekeeper for many years, and I never treated a client that way."
