Love the location of the hotel and the complimentary bike ride is definitely a plus point for us to explore the coastal walkway and the city. Having a sauna at the end of the day is just the perfect way to wind down and relax.

Room great and location great. I made an error in booking a King bed with 1 adult and 2 children aged 0??. The manager proceeded to say they had no more spare beds and I would have to book another room for $400 or one person sleep on the floor. When I said I would sleep on the floor he managed to find a bed for $40 extra per night. It felt like he was trying to upsell or capitalise on my error to make me spend more. He obviously did not believe my error as many people might do this. I think this could be managed better in terms of communication and trust the guest as genuine first. I did appreciate the new rollaway bed.
