Absolutely loved it! Very clean friendly staff and my children enjoyed the pool from 8 pm to 9:30pm !! Great price too!!

Hi Expedia Family Currently no breakfast being served. Rooms were neat Hotel needs to be more maintained but rooms were clean But perfect for our stay pool was open .. ( we didn't get a chance to get in we were busy)

Missing necklace at hotel

My necklace was missing at hotel , not sure is when I was out the room keeper took it or I left in the drawer … but no one saw it … so weird

Elevator Problems

The elevators were out of service most of the weekend. We were on the seventh floor and my wife had to take the stairs several times. Me being handicapped, stairs were not an option for me. The light in bathroom didn’t work. Maintenance tried to fix but was not able to. The desk chair was falling apart, maintenance brought another chair. There was no telephone in the room. This wasn’t our first time staying here and the last time there were elevator problems luckily I was on the first floor.

There was an unexpected deposit fee of $50 plus tax and they said told us that is THE CATCH That was the front person explanation. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. Will never stay here again. And there’s no phone in the room to call front desk the bathroom towels are vey old and dirty. The pressure of the water is super low.

My ratings are based off the fact that we are still in covid crisis. Had we not been in covid crisis my ratings would have been significantly lower for cleanliness and conditions. I understand that businesses are having a very hard time with finding and keeping decent staffing. I will say I was quite disappointed with this stay because of the cleanliness and conditions. When we stayed last year right before covid shut downs the facility was in excellent condition. Really hope that this stays disappointment was because of covid staffing issues and not something that will continue.

Very misleading. Pictures are not accurate. Pool was dirty and worn out. Everything about it needs upgrading. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Its obvious no one has inspected this spot in awhile. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and gave us some credit on our next booking.

Was there four days and never had my room cleaned, sheets changed or anything. I had to find housekeeping on day 3 and get toilet paper, new cups and clean towels (everyday). Finally had management get them to change my sheets. Had to also get housekeeping to get towels for the pool which only two were left out. The hotel did acknowledge my concerns and were very happy to work with me. All the staff were very friendly at all times. I would stay again

I purchased a king room but received a queen because the room I requested was sold out. The first room we were assigned smelled and the door was opened when we got there. The bathroom to our 2nd assignment was dirty

The property ia close to food and shopping which is good. The pool goes to 9ft which is rare these days. The toilet in my room made loud awkward sounds almost hourly. The room had double beds but only one washcloth. No disturb sign was in the room so we declined service with the maid but she still serviced the room anyways. She didnt leave any washcloths, floormat or fresh cups. She also left the dirty towels in the hallway for several rooms and 18 hours later they were still there. The ice machine had mold inside and the door fell off. Our room door didn't lock either.

It was not clean some of our rooms didn't have shower curtains And when we call down to front desk they brought the shower curtain but they told me I had to put it up And that was not our job because anything could have happened and will it and we'll cause a lawsuit Some of the T v's did not work And the tiles were nasty

I thought my stay was mild. It wasn't the best or wasn't the worst. They were not transparent on the amenities -- like free breakfast was not a thing (even though it says so on their website), the pool didn't always look the cleanest, the faucet in my sink was cloggy, some of the furniture in the room was already falling apart, and there gym area was not up to par. The staff and service was good and they were available to answer any questions you had.

The property was super musty and unclean. Homeless people were laying out front etc. I would never recommend this property.
