The staff were the best, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I loved that you had crabtree and evelyn products. That was a good surprise. I however would suggest that some of the hall light coverings in the hall were in need of repair and that you should create an area where people can smoke. I do smoke and it was uncomfortable standing in front of your hotel. There were quite a few people smoking. So if you could consider those customers too, it would be good.

Staff was amazing! Rooms were clean but the condition of the room for the prices wasnt good at all. Bathroom door got stuck and made a loud noise every time you opened it and closed it. I requested a lower floor and was guaranteed one when I called to verify my reservation. Didn't get that request. Snack bar wasn't stocked very well in the lobby!
