"I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside."

We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. "The staff were wonderful, the rooms clean and functional, but the property is a huge maze and not easy to find your way around. The "high tub/shower" amenities are not the safest to use."

"Lovely hotel. Stayed with my wife for her birthday. We had a deluxe room which was quite a long walk from hotel reception. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was massive! Only negative points for the room were the amount of cobwebs and dust around light fittings and soundproofing between rooms. We could clearly hear people in other rooms using their toilet facilities.
