We had to ask for more towels because we had to use them to be placed inside the bathtub and on the floor because the floor was sticky and as soon as we picked up the towels, they were so black from how dirty the floor was. "We had a great time. The grounds of the resort was well kept. Like other people said wifi is spotty but my phone worked just fine upstairs in the loft. The pool/hot tub/sauna was great! The amenities offer also boat rowing and a pool table which we thought was great! We we definitely be back!"

Pet area was ok, people not picking up their dog waste, but also no dog waste bags available, but I bring my own wherever I go. "My husband and I both work in 4 star hotels, so we have very high expectations…This place was wonderful and just what our busy family needed! We stayed in the one bedroom unit on the 3rd floor and had a wonderful view! It was so great putting the kids to bed and still getting to stay up and enjoy a quiet night before heading to bed. "My wife and I slept on the 1st floor, and we could hear loud footsteps from the guests directly above us. These bottom floor rooms really need to be retrofitted with resilient ceilings. Also, the duvet cover was too warm for July. I had to ask for a separate blanket at from desk, and I slept much better. The staff were very helpful and my wife and I enjoyed our stay."

"They were very nice. We arrived a bit early and they hurried up to get the room ready.. the swimming pool is the warmest hotel pool I've ever swam in, very impressed. The room size was decent and the breakfast was decent, they even g kept it going a bit longer that day so I was able to get some food for my sleepy grandchild I would stay again"

"Very nice and helpful staff, location was perfect and in walking distance to the main road with all the shops and right across from the viewing tower. Lots of parking too. The room was nice and clean when we got there, there was a mini-fridge and coffeemaker in the room as well as a fan and heater. The beds were comfortable and overall we had a really nice stay. Will definitely return if we go down to Westport again in the future."

"Staff was great no windows opened for air flow also no ac was provided with a fan to circulate the air. Had to prop the door open to cool the room off. Fell asleep and some dude was watching me sleep that was weird but makes sense given his appearance definitely off putting being watched while you sleep. So I recommend that you bring a portable a/c it"
