"It was said that breakfast would be till 10 am at 9:40. They already started cleaning up so we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast at all."

"Parking. There was limited parking in the so called "four story" parking deck. The fourth floor might as well not exist due to shattered glass from previous break in's. I arrived back at the hotel at 1:11am from an event in the Raleigh area on the NC State campus. The only parking that remained was on the dreaded fourth floor. refusing to park there i drove around trying to fit my Ford F-150 into spots that were not adequate. At 3:06am. Yes, almost 2 hours later. I approached the front desk and made them aware of the situation. They allowed me to park in the front of the hotel. Only to come downstairs at 8:30 AM with a paper on my windshield that said "TOW". I wish this was untrue. A nightmare."

"Among the best Embassy Suites I've stayed. Everything at the hotel was excellent. One minor complaint would be having to pay for parking. Wasn't expecting it in the area where the hotel is located. (Outside of a big city.) Area around the hotel was great as well."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had and I travel quite a bit. The rooms were small and hot, the AC did not work. The man at the front desk was in a hoodie, sweat pants, and basketball slide sandals, was flirting with me and was overall unprofessional. There isn’t enough parking, no parking on the side of the building at all and we had to park across the street at another hotel. The breakfast was a disaster and the lady “refilling” the items would put out 6 Eggo waffles and 10 strips of bacon at a time when the hotel was fully booked. Nothing was restocked as far as bowls, plates, cups, lids, milk, juice, cereal, etc. it was a mess. We left without eating the free breakfast due to lack of food. This place is a mess and needs to get it together because this stay was unacceptable. If I could have gotten a refund I would have immediately left and stayed elsewhere. Never again will I be back. "

"Didn’t stay for breakfast checked out because of Flight time but overall everything was excellent. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend "

"Nice hotel to stay at. Parking is a bit hectic so plan on doing valet. There’s a little area across the street that is walkable that has a few restaurants. The high top restaurant had good drinks and food. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!The "

"Rooms are OK but they could be a little cleaner floor was dirty but on my feet completely dirt from walking on it. Also, breakfast is very limited. Only good thing it’s near the airport Good for just for one night stay"
