In the middle of the night, not mentioned in check IN, I was made to feel like a prisoner once scolded to “enter from the back” after discovering the lobby door was locked. "Clean, quiet room. We got in around 8pm and the only rooms left were next to elevators. My biggest complaints were no outlets next to the bed for phones, and no coffee maker in the room."

"Staff incredible. Got stuck in elevator. The next day only 1 out of 3 were even functioning. Indoor pool GREEN. Weedy outside. Very soft beds for sleeping. Great breakfast buffet, but pricey. Yummy dinner options! Again, no better staff around, just please, please fix your elevators!!! ."
