"Visited the property on 5/11/26. Check in went ok. Came down from my room because I needed a couple of paper plates. I approached front desk and the front desk staff was on her personal phone. She looked at me like I was interrupting her phone call. I asked if she had a couple paper plates. She looked at me again like I was disturbing her and I could see she really didn't want to look. Almost told me no without looking. (Mind you there was a whole area for breakfast in the morning). She got up and looked in a closet or room which was right behind her, still had phone in hand, turned to me and said we are out of paper plates sorry. Um you literally have a breakfast room 10 feet from you with lots of cabinets which were all locked. I am guessing she really didn't want to end the phone conversation. Please don't tell me staff does not have keys for the cabinets. I find that hard to believe. You also had a room when we first got there that looked like a social gathering for guests. I bet there were plates in there too but that door was locked and down the hall. Do better seriously. I was tired and hungry, needed some plates from a hotel that literally serves food but I guess the phone call was more important."

"We didn't try the hot tub we were to tired from the long day we had. And we didn't eat breakfast there because it was Mother's Day and mybsons wanted to take to some place special to eat."

"The Hotel Y 5/5 Excellent My room - my room 118, must had water damage from the above floor. So massive water stains. Cosmetic within the room. I think there was food splatter on the wall where the refrigerator was located. The pool area looked like it needs some heavy remodeling. There’s a door to nowhere in the pool area (2nd floor) that looks super tacky. The conference room which you walk past looks like more of a storage unit - block that windows from customers peeking in there. Looks tacky. The hotel was conveniently located with graduation activities from uofw Madison. So location was good in terms of being near family."

"For a BIG graduation weekend-where you were charging us 3x more then the average price - the breakfast variety was terrible, only oranges for fruit as an option. No yogurt, no healthy options. The coffee was always out. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in our room for an option. How they clean is they “spray” EVERY area with a scent- no real cleaning was done. The temperature was all over the place- some areas where cold and other areas in the hotel were HOT! Would not stay again!!"
