"Very outdated & not very clean. Staff was great but there’s a lot of repairs needed in the rooms."

"Pleasantly Surprised! Clean, Comfortable, and Better Than Expected I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at Sleep Inn in Hannibal. I wasn’t expecting much from this category of hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, nicely maintained, and inviting. "Average, Sheets and blankets questionable on clean."

"Nice location."

"It seems to be still under some remodeling in the room, but was clean... Even tho the bathroom window was frosted glass it still needs a blind.. I kept the light off."

"Our 3rd stay there. Will definitely go back."

"Best place Ive stayed period. 100 percent recommend"

"Very nice room with view of the Mississippi River. In quaint part of Hannibal. Loved it."

"I’m so glad I stayed at this charming and historic bed & breakfast just a few blocks away from the riverfront in my favorite little old town of Hannibal. Everything was within walking distance and it felt a little like going back in time. I highly recommend the Garden House B&B for the authentic Hannibal experience!"
