The hotel room was ok, nothing out of the ordinary except when we went to bed, the mattresses were rock hard. It was hard to sleep and get up in the morning. I will say, the shower had excellent water pressure and used it to massage my back after sleeping on a rock. Would have liked a little bit more of a selection at breakfast.

the main lamp on the desk did not have a working light bulb. the sheets seemed stained on the side of the bed. Shower curtain was dirty, corners in the bathroom were not clean. Loved the bed, very comfortable. We liked the large shower head.

Overall it was a place to sleep. There was dead bugs in the corners of the room and we killed two earwig pincher bugs one crawling on the wall next to my head while I was sleeping and then one in the bed right after we woke up the next morning. Limited breakfast options. The pool looked clean at least. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure if we would ever stay again though.

2/10 Terrible

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. However, there were several areas that could be improved. I was charged $25 for early check-in, which was disappointing, as many hotels do not charge an additional fee for this service. For a hotel like this, accommodating guests when possible could help encourage repeat business. The carpet in my room was very dirty, and the baseboards also needed cleaning. The furniture appeared worn and should be replaced. The bed was uncomfortable because I could feel the springs through the mattress. The continental breakfast was another disappointment. The coffee dispenser only provided enough coffee for about half a cup. Overall, the staff was pleasant, but the cleanliness, room condition, and breakfast service need significant improvement.
