Wir hatten wieder einmal ein rundum wunderschönes Wochenende im Schlossberg Hotel in Neustadt/Orla. Schon die Anreise war wieder völlig unkompliziert und das Einschecken verlief schnell, freundlich und absolut reibungslos, so beginnt Erholung von der ersten Minute an. Das Mittagessen, die Getränke sowie das Frühstück waren schlichtweg hervorragend. Qualität, Auswahl und Geschmack lassen keine Wünsche offen. Bei Marion merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das Personal: unglaublich freundlich, lustig und stets entgegenkommend. Man fühlt sich nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Vielen Dank für dieses rundum gelungene Wochenende bzw. Wochenanfang. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Viele Grüße aus Ostfriesland, Jena, Kahla und nahegelegene Dörfer, Starnberger See, Bad Berka, Weimar, Wuppertal, Meerane und Heidelberg.

Gute Übernachtung in Autobahn nähe

Gut gepflegtes Hotel, relativ nahe an der Autobahn, Preis Leistung stimmt. Restaurant allerdings total überteuert, gutes ordinäres Essen zu erheblich zu hohen Preisen.

Fint mellemklassehotel til en enkelt overnatning

Overnatning gennem Tyskland på vej hjem fra Østrig, sen ankomst og tidlig afrejse. Sød modtagelse, fint værelse, rent badeværelse, god morgenmad, gratis parkering - det var rigtig fint til prisen.

Das Zimmer zur gepflasterten Strasse, erzeugt jede Menge Lärm. Es stehen nicht ausreichend Parlplätze zur Verfügung und vorm Hotel war nichts zu bekommen. Check In fand ich unhöhlich , weil die Mitarbeiter mit/im dem Restaurant beschäfftigt waren. Zimmer und Bad sind okay, Frühstück sehr übersichtlich. Preis / Leistung = läst mich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Nicht empfehlenswert.

Leider war die Matratze so hart oder durchgelesen, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, direkt auf dem Fußboden zu liegen (Zimmer 121). Beleuchtung des Verbimdungsstegs von zwei Gebäudeteile erhellte das Zimmer die ganze Nacht. Zimmer ohne Schreibtisch. Mit 70 EUR (ohne Frühstück) überteuert. Schade, an sich nett aussehendes Hotel, aber nach der Erfahrung mit diesem Zimmer nicht empfehlenswert.

Excellent for its category

Lovely hotel for its class. Clearly the owners care a lot. Everything is sparkling clean. Check in and check went smoothly. Dinner in the restaurant is not to be missed. Very good food. We had dinner in the garden and sampled some local wine and spirits. Restaurant is reasonably priced. Only not so good is that the hotel does not have A/C. Our room was right under the roof and very hot. Temperature that day was about 30c. The town is worth looking at if one has never seen a small town in the Easter part of Germany. Breakfast was also lovingly done consisting of local cold cuts and fresh bread / rolls from the local baker. If I'd be again ion the same area I would return.
