"Nice welcome. Easy and wonderfully clean."

"The room was clean and the building was beautiful, but there doesn’t seem to be any real staff. You have to call to find how to get on the property then call to get admitted to the castle then someone lets you in. A young girl checks you in, but she won’t be there unless you call first. "Travelling along the Inn river cycle path on our bike on the R3. This hotel provided a convenient quiet location, comfortable bed and a great breakfast not far from the route"

The spa facilities are excellent, the large underground garage is very convenient in otherwise quite busy Alpbach, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The restaurant, however, has an irritating feature: You’re not free to choose your own table at breakfast. Instead, you’re assigned a table by the staff, and it changes every morning (we stayed for...

"Room was very clean but small and limited storage space "
