"Honestly I’ve been staying here for 7 years because of where my company is when I come into town. The quality continues to decline, no fridges in rooms. Lingering cigarette smell. No restaurant on site. Overall disappointing "

"The location was absolutely fantastic with everything we needed just a short walk away, and we really liked the convenience of the electronic entry system, no keys to worry about. The shower and kitchen were perfectly fine, too. That said, the room itself was a bit disappointing. The bed creaked with every tiny movement, the blinds were worn and let in a lot of light, and the pillows were like saggy sacks of cotton, making for a pretty uncomfortable sleep. "I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"A place to feel at home! The breakfast is extraordinary with a huge variety and very friendly staff. We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."
