The staff was delightful, the room was huge, exceeded my expectations, it was oddly located behind the check in desk and smelt like smoke from the casino below. breakfast was lovely. excellent hot chocolate.

Gem in Neu Ulm

Super affordable hotel, great service, clean, safe. Basic continental breakfast for €8 additional with good quality options. If you're looking for basic accommodations while you're traveling, this is a great choice.

Great for an overnight stay

The hotel has a lot of parking places, which is great, easy access (make sure you search for the name of hotel not by address, because Google Maps takes you to a junk yard across the street). The room was renewed, clean, decent and comfortable. The hotel is a bit old, but the receptionist was very kind. I do have one tiny complaint - the windows should be more soundproof as you can hear the road and the neighbours animals making sounds at 6am :-) but otherwose great!

The Price is Right

A typical eighties experience. Nice hotel with nice staff, but the place is somewhat vintage. The TV is difficult to operate, wifi is close to non-existent, fans are loud. To reach your room you have to negotiate many stairs. But the price is right considering the location.

Eenvoudige, complete kamer met goede bedden. Wel een beetje sigarettenlucht maar snel verholpen met wat deodorant. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Chinees restaurant onder het hotel. Kortom, uitstekend hotel voor tussenstop.

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ok. Die Zimmer schlicht eingerichtet aber sauber. Die Dame am Empfang war auch sehr nett. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden,man kann auch bei Norma parken Ideal für Transporter Frühstück war auch ok Gerne wieder

Es gibt direkt nebenan eine Spielhalle. Außerdem sind die Zimmerwände sehr hellhörig, man hätte den Nachbarn telefonieren hören. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen.
