"Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel"

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

"We loved the Azure. Mike is an excellent host and the cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. You will get to know everyone before you leave. We enjoyed the Tourtoises in the courtyard, and we especially loved the sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. We stayed at 3 different places in St. Martin’s and this was our favourite. "Staff was extremely welcoming, we had a toddler and a puppy and we got in very late. Security was waiting for us and helped us to our room. The staff was wonderful with my overtired toddler and showed him how to feed the fish and helped us with the puppy. Having pool toys there was a huge bonus as was having the puppy in the bar so we could eat."

"Great amenities with a nice big pool and the hotel is right off the beach. Also a great restaurant right on the property. Rooms are a bit dated, but nice enough. Staff didn’t seem overly happy, especially the person at the pool towels to answer any questions, but the activities lady was very friendly and happy to set up a Happy Birthday display. "

"Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! "

"Happy to leave a positive review of this property. Whilst it has clearly been around for some time. A decent attempt at upgrades is evident especially in the rather spacious rooms. Many new appliances were evident which made those not replaced stick out even more. No issues with water pressure or temperature. "Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was outstanding!!! We had a car rental so the location wasn’t an issue however if you don’t have a car it wouldn’t be as convenient. Would highly recommend if your plan is to travel the island all week like we did. Great stay, clean and delicious breakfasts "
