Friendly owners. Nice clean room. Great service. Unfortunately the internet was terrible and there were no coverings on the bathroom windows. This meant that the spotlights on the buildings behind shone into the unit. We had to keep our bathroom door shut to block out the bright lights. The was no air conditioning in the room so the room was very hot at night.

Only recommendation would be to upgrade the sheets to cotton for comfort. The polyester sheets were very scratchy feeling so the second night we slept on top of bed cover. Apart from that the unit had everything we needed. Extremely clean and well presented. Thank you

Great service from Robyn and Keith. They are friendly, informative and welcoming, even go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Very clean and tidy rooms. Handily located near the Airport and not far from town. Recommend to all

No human contact even though we called the day before and told we could drop a bag before checkin. Which we said we would be there at 11:30am no one was there the sign said open 8 til 8. Then when our card was incorrect they rang and told us they were going to give our room away. We gave them a new number over the phone. Then they left the room open for us. No human contact

When we first got in there they were very welcoming. Once we had left, they had charged us a $20 fee for not doing our dishes. When I rang and asked what the charge was for, she carried on to say that there was a sign in a cupboard stating the fee about the dishes. I told her, that we didn’t come across that sign, and that I would have the dishes if I had seen it. Please put the sign in a place where people can see it, like in the bathroom, next to the bucket you wash the dishes. The lady became very rude when I had approached her, so I won’t be staying back there again. Bad experience, watch how you talk and treat your customers. Nelson was a nice place, but it was spoilt by a lady who does not know how to treat and talk to customers, and no apology was given! Very rude!
