"The hotel advertised "breakfast included." It had a real breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles. I am an 84 year old that just completed a 6000 mile roundtrip from California to Pennsylvania and back for a 200th anniversary of my college. I had five pieces of luggage! The ease of access to my hotel room was excellent. The inhouse breakfast and room access made for an early travel start the next day!!!"

"The hotel is very nice and clean, However the front desk staff are not friendly or welcoming. They look unhappy. Also I booked two room and only one room was ready at time of checking in, the second room was ready way after the check in time."
