"We stayed at XVI Suites from 4–10 April and booked this hotel specifically because the pool was advertised as being open from April to October. Unfortunately, on arrival we were informed that the pool would not open until the end of April. When I pointed out that Expedia clearly stated it would be open from the beginning of April, I was simply told that the information was incorrect. After several excuses like ‘it had rained’ there was still no resolution or acknowledgment of the inconvenience...

Every member of staff goes over and above to look after their guests. Breakfast is plentiful, with enough choice for everyone's taste.
