"A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you."

"This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely spacious room with milk in a fridge and real coffee bags. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was a help yourself to croissant and butter. Would've been good to have had a more healthy option. Such as fruit and/or yogurt in the fridge. Only issue really was the wifi. Couldn't get the TV to work in the morning, and in th3 evening it dropped out a lot. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you."

"Overall the hotel was nice with a comfortable room and’s beds and great shower! We could have used a mini fridge but there were none. The lack of AC was a challenge as we stated in July and the temp was quite hotel at night, even with the windows open. No fans available either. The staff was very nice and kindly let is check out later which was really helpful."

"The Crown b&b is a warm inviting, cosy establishment. The owners are very friendly & helpful. There is a small bar area which is well stocked. You can relax on one of their sumptuous sofas. The evening meal was delicious and well presented. Our room covered all our requirements, tea, coffee & water were provided. The beds were comfortable, everywhere was very clean but well used. "We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year as it's handy for visiting family. The staff are always welcoming and the rooms comfortable. The only thing we find is a regular issue is that there is always at least one item not available on the evening meal menu and this time is was more than one, which was a little frustrating. "We were very well looked after by Shaan & Sef who must be the one prepared our breakfast which was freshly made and ample every morning . The room was clean and spacious enough for us & our dog Rocky. Tumbleweed is a good place to stay for a few days to visit the local attractions, such as Sherwood Forest, nearby. It is a heaven for dog owners and joggers. I jogged with my dog along the Well Lane & The Avenue every morning and walked my dog on the couple of bridal ways nearby in the evening....
