"Very good, modern, clean and good located hotel. Staff was friendly and worried about making our stay fine and easy, specially Tea, at front desk. Great breakfast . If you don’t care about luxury but want to stay in a good place, I strongly recommend it."

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

The room was poor; a low ceiling meant we had to crawl into bed, dated and poor quality furnishing, no bottled water, no tea/coffee facilities etc. There was a nasty smell from the drains in the room and on the stairs. "This is brand new property (we were apparently it's first overnight customers) directly on the Bay of Kator that is immaculate. Spacious room with balconies overlooking the bay with a modern design and setup. The staff was fantastic especially Nikoli, Aleksander, and especially Milka the manager. "Breakfast was superb. We have travelled the world and this was the best hotel based breakfast we have had. Close to old town but far enough to be lovely and quiet. Beach chairs on ocean looking across at beautiful old church. We had read reviews about proximity to the road and noise. Yes, our first floor window opened onto the road but the cars go 15 mph and the walls of the hotel are literally 3 foot thick stone and the window is pretty sound proof. Staff are helpful but not intrusive....

I had to call down to the desk who said they would alert maintenance but got no update but got no apology for the issue or inconvenience or no offers of alternative options (like the spa showers)."
