"Great hotel, near the hospital in Sudbury for which we needed as a family was in the hospital. Just wish the front desk girl was little more friendly."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

"We often stay at this Comfort Inn in Sudbury. Never had any issues. It's in a safe location, easily accessible, near the stores and restaurants like Costco and Montana's. It's walking distance from Silver City. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good."

"The check-in person barely spoke a word, definitely not friendly and welcoming. The use of actual keys instead of key cards was terrible as the keys barely fit the locks.We weren’t sure if the room was actually locked once inside and had to put someone in the hall to make sure. And no security lock inside. I had brought some luggage out in the morning and when I went back in I couldn’t get the main door key to work, the front desk person was right there listening to his loud music and watching...
