The guy at the reception didn’t open the gate treating me like a criminal and did not let me in to the reception and gave me the key through the metal gate. He proudly said that I upgraded the room and you don’t have to come back and asked me to leave as it was late. When I walked in the room - the spa was not working and I had hairs on the bed sheets with the old smoking smell. "

"A bit dated. Cleaners should pay a bit more attention to the cleaning. Lots of hair in the shower drain..food scraps in the kitchen sink..plastic tag bits on the carpet."
