They were so kind to my boys and even helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. "Geweldig verblijf. Rustige, mooie, groene omgeving. Ruime schone hotelkamer met airco! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt en heerlijk diner. Unieke plek om tot rust te komen."

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was...

I lost my phone with all my credit cards, I had no money to pay for city taxes which was due on arrival, they let me stay without paying until I figure out my lost phone situation. They helped me make phone calls to ariva the lost and found company to report lost phone and followed up on the status. They are very helpful, and I am thankful. Thank you so much!"
