We highly recommend this hotel. It provided excellent value at such a reasonable price compared to other properties nearby.
— Location was great. It was minutes from the main square, and right next door was a laundromat for dirty W Trek hiking clothes :)
— Service was excellent. Whether it is the receptionist, the servers at breakfast and the cleaning ladies… they were all very friendly and really tried to accommodate our needs.
— The rooms had everything that we needed, at the quality we expected. Room was spacious enough, shower was great, there were organic amenities, they provided clean towels, there was daily cleaning. We loved that everything was just done so well.
— Great breakfast! We always start our day with high energy because of the yummy and filling breakfast. They even offered to give us takeaway breakfast on the day of the patagonia international marathon (which was really thoughtful of them!)
BTW — we stayed one night at another hotel before our W Trek. We were *SO* glad we stayed at Martin Gusinde after our trek.
