We pre-paid for an ocean view in the front of the hotel facing the beach and we ended up getting a view of the road and a parking lot. The hotel refused to do anything about it and didn’t care at all to fix the problem. The room we had was also facing a bar across the street that had very loud music that played early until late. The breakfast was terrible, not many options and the hot options are only upon request. They don’t do a good job on what they cook either. All the eggs we ordered were burnt and very greasy. The location is not that great and far away from shops and restaurants. The beds are uncomfortable and very old. I would never stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They advertise pictures of their best rooms and give you something completely different.

O hotel é impecável. Não é aquele hotel suntuoso e grande, mas é todo bem acabado, decoração de bom gosto e limpo! A localização é fantástica e a reforma na orla de Ponta Negra e a limpeza da praia está excelente. O quarto é bastante confortável. O Bar/Restaurante é de alto nível. Pratos que fogem do ordinário e bem preparados (vale o preço $$). A única crítica é não ter nenhuma área na parte externa da piscina que possa fumar (vários hóspedes falam, mas talvez não reclamem formalmente).

Manary Praia Hotel é Espetacular!! Recomendo!

Manary Hotel realmente é incrível, hospedagem aconchegante e extremamente confortável, conta com uma vista belíssima para a praia de Ponta Negra, aqui toda a equipe te faz se sentir especial desde o atendimento da recepção a equipe do café da manhã especialmente o Paulo, o atendimento do Persival no restaurante realmente fez toda a diferença, quarto e cama muito confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade com uma excelente ducha, recomendo muito!

Wij verbleven onlangs in het Manari Hotel in Ponta Negra, Natal, en het was een bijzonder aangename ervaring. Het hotel is niet groot, maar straalt een gezellige en warme sfeer uit die meteen een gevoel van thuiskomen geeft. Wat ons vooral opviel, is het personeel – ze zijn heel bourgondisch ingesteld, vriendelijk, attent en steeds in voor een babbeltje of een goeie tip. Ze zorgen ervoor dat je je echt welkom voelt. De kamers waren kraaknet, met goede bedden die garant stonden voor een deugddoende nachtrust – iets wat we erg konden waarderen na een dagje zon en zee. Maar het absolute hoogtepunt? Zonder twijfel de menukaart! Wat een ontdekking. Dit verwacht je niet meteen in een klein hotel: gerechten die perfect gepresenteerd zijn, verrassende smaken en een niveau dat je eerder bij een sterrenrestaurant zou verwachten. Echt een culinaire verwennerij. Kortom: Manari Hotel is een aanrader voor wie houdt van kleinschalige charme, comfort en uitstekend eten. Wij komen zeker terug!

Minha experiência no Manary Praia Hotel foi simplesmente perfeito! Desde da comunicação antes, o momento da chegada, o atendimento se destacou – todos os funcionários, seja na recepção, no café da manhã ou no restaurante, foram extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O hotel é super aconchegante, muito bem organizado e limpo. O quarto é grande com cama super confortável e varanda. A piscina é um ponto alto, sempre bem cuidada e com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. O café da manhã é um verdadeiro banquete! Muitas opções deliciosas e uma tapioca fresca feita na hora, exatamente do jeito que você quiser – um toque especial que faz toda a diferença. Tem um restaurante que se destacou também com pratos deliciosos e bem elaborados. Recomendo sem hesitação e certamente voltarei!

A Experiência de Um Hotel Boutique em Ponta Negra

Excelente hotel. Principalmente localização e restaurante de alta quantidade. O hotel nao tem elevador e me colocaram no ultimo andar no quartos dos fundos varando com muito sol e frente para rua. Desnecessário pois o hotel estava vazio. Enfim a experiência poderia ter sido melhor.

A equipe do hotel é educada e solícita. Realmente o hotel é um charme.com coisas antigas, algum tema de mar, de frente a praia,piscina show. Minha queixa é q nao houve a minima vontade de agradar. Falei q era 1a noite apos o casamento. Perguntei se fariam algo. Disseram q eu teria q ter avisado 72h antes e o valor p isso seria mais de 300 reais + os 10%.ABSURDO. umas petalas no quarto, um cartao, algum chocolate ou um drink de boas vindas seria o suficiente. Passa a ideia de n fazer a minima questao pelo hospede.seria um diferencial. Entao apesar de td o conforto,nao tem como nao ficar desconfiado, se sentindo estranho. N sei se retorno

O hotel está instalado em um prédio antigo, logo na chegada decepciona, mas ao entrar, vem a grande surpresa. O hotel é muito acolhedor, perfumado, o atendimento primoroso. E o ponto alto é o quarto, enorme, romântico, com cama com dossel. Uma varanda deliciosa e uma vista incrível do mar. O café da manhã maravilhoso. Amei. Volto com certeza.

Bom hotel. Um pouco antigo, mas bem conservado. Otimo cafe da manha. Area de piscina, frente ao mar, muito boa. Bom restaurante. Faltam banheiros na area comum. Apenas um para todo hotel. Nosso quarto, de frente para a rua, tinha barulho de bar em frente.

Incrível!! Atendimento excelente. A Fernanda super atenciosa todos os dias no café da manhã. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ficamos poucos dias no hotel e nos arrependemos de ter mudado para resort, pois o Manary está muito bem localizado, tem uma piscina muito boa. Atendimento na piscina excelente, restaurante também. E a gatinha que mora no hotel é uma graça
