EXPERIÊNCIA RUIM

Experiencia ruim. Local estava em plena obra. Furadeira, andaime, tinta (sou EXTREMAMENTE alergico a tintas), enfim, parecia um canteiro de obras. O pior é que ao valor da diária é praticamente a mesma de um hotel normal que oferece coisas minimas como café da manhã e camareira. Cobraram 60 reais para a camareira limpar o quarto, não tem café da manhã e não tem acessibilidade. Meu acompanhante estava com pé fraturado, usando gesso e foi péssimo. Simplesmente colocaram um ANDAIME na entrada do hotel, motivo pelo qual precisavamos fazer malabarismos pra entrar no local. Um amigo estava em Natal no mesmo período e se hospedou em um hotel "tradicional" por um preço mais barato, com direito a café da manhã e camareira. Não vale a pena, definitivamente jamais voltaria. Fica a lição. Pra completar o ar condicionado parou no primeiro dia de hospedagem e precisei acionar o suporte pelo whatsapp (resolveram no mesmo dia). Se a proposta é oferecer menos serviços do que a rede tradicional de hoteis o preço tem que ser mais barato, do contratio nao faz sentido optar por uma hospedagem onde nem sequer a gente consegue falar pessoalmente com funcionarios.

Surpreendentemente bom!!!

Fui surpreendido muito positivamente pela qualidade do quarto, era muito aconchegante, cheiroso, ventilado e iluminado. Era visível o cuidado em cada detalhe. Achei bastante legal o check-in online, tudo muito prático e eficiente. A cama era boa, o banheiro era muito bom também. Lençóis e toalhas novíssimos. Era um bastante superior a grande maioria dos hotéis que já fiquei em Natal, principalmente esses da orla que se dizem bons, mas na prática são defasados e ruins. Indico o liiv hub sem medo!!!
Quarto super bem iluminado pela luz natural. As cortinas isolam bem a luz, caso desejasse.
O quarto era super amplo.
A televisão era smart, tinha acesso a Netflix e a diversas plataformas.
Mesa excelente para trabalhar e estudar.

No início fiquei receoso por conta do checkin virtual e por ser uma forma diferente de hotel. Mas foi uma ótima experiência, vale super a pena. Atendimento via WhatsApp é rápido e humano. Localização excelente.
