The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. Luckily the great staff noticed our worry about being sent there, and gave us a free upgrade. They say you can walk to the shopping mall, but that is not the case. It is not a very safe place to walk around, especially if you are a woman. Including the reception mentioned to us that it would be best if we took a taxi/uber. Good breakfast, clean but tired rooms.

A piscina é ótima, gostei muito do café da manhã, limpeza do quarto excelente, o hotel é bem localizado. O ponto negativo foi como fomos atendidos no primeiro dia, sem cortesia nenhuma, não recebemos as informações básicas que todo atendente fornece ao seu hospede, tive um momento de estresse com o funcionário. Peço a gentileza que mantenham sempre o treinamento aos seus colaboradores da recepção, quanto a cortesia e polidez ao receber os hospedes, não sei se o funcionário estava num dia ruim, mas, sei que ele me deixou muito revoltado. Fica a minha orientação

A Check-in atrasou uma meia hora. Fiquei em um quarto com três camas de solteiro e eram realmente bem desconfortáveis. Mao quarto era escuro e no banheiro não tinha luz no box e nem água quente. Algumas vezes a água ficava morna, mas outras era fria mesmo . Mas o pior é que o quarto em que eu estava ficava atras de uma maquina que fazia um barulho bem chato e que não cessava. Cheguei a ligar na recepção para reclamar, mas não resolveu. Não consegui dormir direito à noite. A limpeza, a cordialidade dos funcionários e o café da manhã eram bons.

Atendentes ótimos. Boa limpeza. Cama de casal pequena. Agora, quem precisa descansar não descansa, o que era nosso caso. Muito barulho externo. Funcionários gritando e falando alto ao ponto de não conseguirmos dormir após as 6h. A conversa no local do café da manhã chegava até o quarto que ficamos. Durante a madrugada hospedes chegavam e faziam muito barulho, ou seja, não foi noite boa. Café da manhã bom.

Péssima infraestrutura

Sem infraestrutura adequada. O hotel é dividido em dois prédios, para acessar o restaurante e café da manhã, recepção é preciso atravessar a rua. Não há porteiro para receber o hóspede, dar informações nesse trajeto. O acesso ao estacionamento é terrivel. Os quartos não tem acústica adequada, pois da pra ouvir barulho do corredor, do apartamento de cima bem como da vizinhança do hotel. Café da manhã bem fraco, café requentado e o mesmo bolo seco por 2 dias. O elevador é bem antigo, pequeno, sem vigilância de câmeras. O ponto positivo é a localização central do prédio.

Apenas decepcionou nao ter estacionamrnto interno. Carro teve de ficar na rua devido as vgas internas ja estarem ocupadas. Se tiver com chuva, entra e sai molhado do carro. Fora isso, cama rangia um pouco, assim como porta do banheiro.
