Noites cansativas.

Nao fiquem no quarto 203. O quarto possui mobiliário novo e bem decorado, é espaçoso. Entretanto, no apartamento em que fiquei a janela do banheiro se ligava diretamente a um túnel de serviço, o qual possuía uma tampa de lata mal instalada e que batia estrondosamente quando ventava, fato que incomodou e até mesmo impediu algumas noites de sono. Infelizmente, apesar de relatarmos o incomodo e solicitarmos a troca de quarto ou a resolução do problema, a gerencia do hotel nao resolveu o problema e tambem nao realizou a troca de habitação, e informou que não restituiria o valor das diarias ja pagas se optassemos por deixar o hotel, entao nao tivemos outra opcao senao ficar. Outra situacao incomoda foi o fato de termos que ficar solicitando coisas básicas como reposicao de papel higiênico e fornecimento de sabonetes. A piscina divulgada é muito pequena, quase uma banheira. Em suma, o hotel precisa dar mais atencao ao atendimento ao cliente e aos fundamentos basicos da hotelaria. O flat tem muito potencial, mas saber resolver problemas dos hospedes e atender suas necessidades é fundamental.

Otimo acomodação pagando preço justo

Excelente acomodação se levar em conta o valor cobrado pela diária! Quartos muito bem arrumados,com otima limpeza, e ótimo conforto, além de oferecer estacionamento gratuíto. Os Funcionários são muito prestativos e educados. O ponto ruim vai para o WIFI, que por sinal é péssimo! Quase sempre não funciona, e quando funciona é muito lento!

Hospedagem muito boa. Apartamento novo, bem decorado, cama confortável, tamanho bom. Ar condicionado e chuveiro funcionam bem. A cozinha tem panelas, utensílios, taças, xícaras... Pontos de melhora: seria bom colocarem um varal de chão na varanda, pois as roupas vem molhadas da praia. É preciso ter um lugar para secarem. A janela da cozinha precisa de película ou cortina, pois entra muita claridade a noite. Seria bom se a cozinha tivesse itens como pacotinhos de sal e açúcar de cortesia. Também seria muito bom se tivesse uma chaleira elétrica. Com isso, a hospedagem, que já é excelente, ficaria perfeita.

Flat bastante espaçoso, aconchegante. Passamos só uma noite, mas atendeu as expectativas. Único ponto a melhorar e pq não oferecem café da manhã. Mas conforme me falaram ,em breve vão servir.

The hotel itself and its staff are amazing. Very well located, extremely clean, brand new, the rooms are comfy and cozy. The size of the room is perfect and everything in it was very well planned (decoration, household appliances, and other supplies). We only have one suggestion to improve what is already outstanding; that they provide more entrances USB to charge electronic devices in the bedrooms, since we only had one. Out of that, all was a great experience. Highly recommended!
