Amanda went beyond for me and my son l forgot to tell you that l needed the sofa bed made up so Amanda came to the room and made it for us also l wanted some ice to have a drink after we came back from tea and she went and got me some. Was very happy with her service at the hotel.

Holiday Inn Dandenong by IHG
The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed ...
